One of five apartments in an Fattoria Il Pero, a restored farm building dating from the 17th century, Apartment Quercia looks onto a small, charming alley and features a communal pool.
Positioned on the side of a hill, the farmhouse is surrounded by olive groves.
Simple and elegant, spacious yet homey, Apartment Quercia features a few period pieces in its furnishing.
There is central heating.
On the second floor is the living room, large bright kitchen with dining area (oven, freezer) with small fireplace, double bedroom, room with twin beds and a high window, bathroom with mansard roof (min height 1,50m) with shower and a second bathroom with shower.
A steep, narrow staircase leads to the third floor where there is a room with twin beds and a mansard roof (min height 1,20m).
The apartment can optionally be connected to Apartment Edera through an interior door on the first floor, accomodating up to 10 people.
All guests staying in Fattoria Il Pero will have the following shared amenities:
- lawn,
- swimming pool (7m x 14m, depth 0.80m - 2.00m) among the olive groves with furnished sundeck,
- reception open in the morning (Saturday open all day - Sunday closed),
- the caretaker can be contacted by telephone at any hour,
