One of five apartments in an Fattoria Il Pero, a restored farm building dating from the 17th century, Apartment Ginestra looks onto a small, charming alley and features a communal pool.

There is central heating. Located on the ground floor, there is a living room with dining area with access to the terrace furnished with table and chairs.
There is a small kitchen (oven, freezer), double bedroom, room with twin beds and bathroom with shower.
All guests staying in Fattoria Il Pero will have the following shared amenities:
