One of five apartments in an Fattoria Il Pero, a restored farm building dating from the 17th century, Apartment Erica looks onto a small, charming alley and features a communal pool.
Positioned on the side of a hill, the farmhouse is surrounded by olive groves.
Apartment Erica is simple, but complete, and includes some period pieces in its furnishing.
There is central heating. Located on the ground floor, there is a living room with dining area with small fireplace and access to private outdoor area furnished with table and chairs.
Slightly elevated from the living area, is a kitchen (oven, freezer).
There is a large double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower.
All guests staying in Fattoria Il Pero will have the following shared amenities:

- swimming pool (7m x 14m, depth 0.80m -2.00m) among the olive groves with furnished sundeck,
- reception open in the morning (Saturday open all day - Sunday closed),
- the caretaker can be contacted by telephone at any hour,
