One of five apartments in an a restored farm building dating from the 17th century, Apartment Cardo looks onto a small, charming alley and features a communal pool.
Positioned on the side of a hill, the farmhouse is surrounded by olive groves.
Simple, but complete, Edera is includes some with period pieces in its furnishing.
On the ground floor, Edera has a living room with dining area with fireplace, kitchen (oven, freezer, electric boiler 18lt).
On the first floor is the double bedroom, room with twin beds and bathroom with shower.
Apartment Edera can be optionally connected to Apartment Quercia through an interior door on the first floor.
Joining the two apartments in Fattoria Il Pero accomodates up to 10 people.
Guests will have the following shared amenities:

- swimming pool (7m x 14m, depth 0.80m - 2.00m) among the olive groves with furnished sundeck,
- reception open in the morning (Saturday open all day - Sunday closed),
- the caretaker can be contacted by telephone at any hour,
