Montepulciano Farmhouse Banditello was restored in 1999 with French windows opening onto the outdoor living area which is equipped with comfortable lounge chairs and wrought iron chairs and table.

It has a large kitchen completely equipped (gas stove with oven, fridge, fireplace/indoor barbecue, washing machine) and storeroom.

The kitchen leads into a large open lounge with a Tuscan fireplace and has been furnished with antique furniture and comfortable sofas and armchairs.

There is a powder room on this level.

Stone steps take you up to the first floor which has a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom (tub) and splendid view over the Montepulciano valley.

Two bedrooms with twin bedrooms share a bathroom with shower.

Wrought iron beds, old rustic furniture, small wooden bathroom mirrors, doors and wardrobes have been choosen according Tuscan country tradition.

The bed frames and mattresses are all orthopedic.

The house is airy and bright throughout the day.

The farmhouse has central heating.

A Chianti Colli Senesi DOCG wine and extra virgin olive oil are produced in the farm.

The house has views overlooking the Montepulciano skyline to the south, Mount Amiata top to the West, and the hill of Montefollonico to the North.

From Montefollonico (all main services: food, post office, bank, pharmacy, restaurants, sport bars), a private unmade road leads to this Tuscany farmhouse exclusively, ensuring privacy and a true peaceful country environment.

Historic and artistic sites such as Montepulciano, Pienza, Montalcino, Cortona, Chiusi, Monte San Sanvino, Siena, Arezzo, Perugia, Trasimeno lake, are all between 15 minutes and one hour drive away.

Thermal facilities of Chianciano, Bagno Vignoni, Bagni S. Filippo, Rapolano are no more than half hour drive away.

Le Capanne can be reached in 30 mins. drive from Val di Chiana exit of Rome-Florence Highway.
