A characteristic hayloft, the renovated Farmhouse Ghiandaie has two spacious apartments. Ghiadaie 2 is located on the first floor and enjoys access to a swimming pool and the grounds of the charming woody property full od scented pine and oak trees, a natural oasis with a small lake which is great for fishing.
The owner also keeps a donkey, goats, pheasants, hens and a dog on the grounds.
Honey and marmalade are also produced.
Farmhouse Ghiandaie is in both a peaceful and central position between Florence, Pisa, the Versilia coast and Siena.
It also hosts some views of the surrounding countryside.
The owner lives on the ground floor.
Farmhouse Ghiandaie 2 is characterized by simple and homey furnishings, there are a few authentic country style pieces.
The house is equipped with central heating.
On the first floor: large living/dining room with fireplace and satellite TV, small cooking area including freezer and small electric oven, two double bedrooms with a third single bed (one of which is big), one double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower and one large bathroom with bath and washing machine.

- swimming pool (6m x 12m, depth 1.20m-1.50m)
