A characteristic hayloft, the renovated Farmhouse Ghiandaie has two spacious apartments.
Ghiadaie 1 is located on the first floor and enjoys access to a swimming pool and the grounds of the charming woody property full od scented pine and oak trees, a natural oasis with a small lake which is great for fishing.
The owner also keeps a donkey, goats, pheasants, hens and a dog on the grounds.
Honey and marmalade are also produced.
Farmhouse Ghiandaie is in both a peaceful and central position between Florence, Pisa, the Versilia coast and Siena.
It also hosts some views of the surrounding countryside.
The owner lives on the ground floor.
Farmhouse Ghiandaie 1 is characterized by simple and homey furnishings, there are a few authentic country style pieces.
The house is equipped with central heating.
On the ground floor: living room, TV, with access to the grounds, large kitchen (small electric oven) with dining table, sofa (2 people) and access to the grounds.
There is one large double bedroom with access to the grounds and en suite bathroom with shower.
There is a second bathroom with shower.
On the first floor: two double bedrooms, one small bedroom with bunk beds, bathroom with bath and washing machine.
At guests disposal:
- fenced-in property of 26ha consisting of woods (oak and pine trees) and small lawns
- swimming pool (6m x 12m, depth 1.20m-1.50m)
- small barbecue
- parking on premises.
It is possible go horseback riding on a nearby property. Please request when booking: baby-bed (included in the price).
