Cortona Villa La Loggia is situated high on a hilltop near Cortona this traditional farm house offers spectacular views over the Niccone valley and the distant mountains of Umbria.

Excellently situated in the heart of Tuscany and close to Arrezo, Cortona and Umbria.

Nature lovers can make the most of the winding paths and tracks that run through the surrounding countryside as well as the stunning Castello di Pierle (owned by the same family as the villa).

Villa La Loggia comfortably sleeps up to 6 people.

It has 2 double bedrooms and 2 twin beds in the third bedroom.

There are 2 bathrooms , 1 en-suite with shower.

The Living room is spacious and has a fireplace.

Although the kitchen is basic, it is still perfect preparing meals or snacks.

This characteristic farmhouse is divided into five apartments each decorated in traditional Tuscan style with their stone fireplaces, terracotta floors and dark chestnut beamed ceilings.

La Loggia has its own external staircase which leads up to a pergola with views over the Castello.

The house lies in extensive gardens and has a large well kept swimming pool.

The garden is perfect for al fresco meals in the long summer months, furnished with tables, chairs and a barbeque.

The views from anywhere in the gardens are breathtaking.
