Nestled amongst olive groves, there is a pool for refreshment in the summer months and central heating for the cooler season.
Access is via an uphill unpaved road (600m) - not recommended for low-riding cars.
Bussola can be characterized by its comfortable furnishings of various styles, its fine decor with some period peices and mix of rustic and elegance, with a twist of the ecclectic.

On the ground floor there is a large entrance hall with 2 sofas (seating 5) and fireplace, a large living room with fireplace and access to grounds.
The living room opens onto the large dining room creating a sense of expanse.

The kitchen includes an oven, 2 freezing compartments, dishwasher and washing machine, as well as dining table and access to the grounds.
There is also a WC.
On the first floor there is a large room with double sofa bed (160cm), 2 double bedrooms (one of which is large), 2 rooms each with 2 twin beds (one of which is small), large bathroom with shower and tub and large bathroom with 2 washbasins and tub.
