Priore is one of three cozy apartments in an ancient 11th century convent that has been tastefully and skillfully renovated and transformed into a beautiful and imposing country residence, in the middle of a large farm where olive oil and famous wine are produced in the heart of the Chianti Classico.
A beautiful Romanesque church and the tower have still remained since the 11th century.
The tower was a lookout tower during the wars between the Republics of Siena and Florence.
There are 350m a.s.l. of land enjoying beautiful views of the characteristic Chianti countryside on this particularly charming property.
Inside, Priore is comfortably furnished with well kept and elegant period peices. It is also equipped with central heating.
Located on the first floor, there is a small living room (sofa seats 2) with dining area, satellite TV and kitchen corner including a small microwave and dishwasher.
There is a large double bedroom with lounge area, desk and ensuite bathroom with shower and hair dryer, a room with twin beds with small ensuite bathroom with shower.
