Casale San Pierino is a large, characteristic stone built farmhouse, recently restored and divided into two independent apartments, one of which is Pozzo.
This beautiful villa lies in the centre of a big wine and olive oil farm which has been in possession of a noble Florentine family since 1524.
The property enjoys panoramic views over the Chianti hills.
Pozzo also features a big, private and furnished outdoor area, with a grill.
There is also a pool shared among the guests of Casale San Pierino.
Inside, Pozzo is characterized by simple Tuscan style furnishings in perfect harmony with the rustic outdoor surroundings.
The villa is accessed along 950m of unpaved road (not suitable for all cars).
Located on the ground floor, Pozzo is distinguished by its big L-formed room (characterized by a brick vaulted ceiling) with living area (2 accesss points to the grounds) and kitchen area equipped with oven, dishwasher, washing machine), as well as dining table.
There is a bedroom with twin beds and en-suite bathroom with shower.
On the first floor is a double room, room with twin beds and bathroom with tub.
At guests disposal and shared:
- panoramic position and together with a third apartment
- garden with lawn
- lodge and swimming pool (7m x 15m, depth 1.10m - 2.70m)
- Parking on premises.
