Casale Lecci is comprised of 4 apartments, including Apartment Lecci 5, located within a pleasant farmhouse.
The house os located in a unique and bright position at 530 meters above sea level amidst the olive trees. Guests will enjoy the characteristic views of the Chianti landscape.
The Casale Lecci is accessed just upon entering the center of Radda in Chianti, a gorgeous village in the heart of the Chianti area.
Pleasant and completely rustic style furnishings, Apartment Lecci 5 also has central heating.
Lecci 5 is an original apartment made up of of two small neighbouring apartments. Located on the ground floor, there are 2 living rooms (one of which has a single sofa bed and alcove with double bed.)
There is a dining area, TV, kitchen corner (toaster, iron) and access to grounds, 2 double bedrooms (one with access to grounds) and 2 bathrooms.
Additionally, there is a private outdoor area with canopy for dining outside.
At guests' disposal *shared amenities:
- large lawn with olive tree grove and 10 hectares of land
- swimming pool (5m x 10m, depth 1.20m - 1.40m) and shower (cold water).
- Parking on premises.
