The house os located in a unique and bright position at 530 meters above sea level amidst the olive trees. Guests will enjoy the characteristic views of the Chianti landscape.
The Casale Lecci is accessed just upon entering the center of Radda in Chianti, a gorgeous village in the heart of the Chianti area.
Pleasant and completely rustic style furnishings, Apartment Lecci 3 also has central heating.
Located on the first floor, there is a cozy living/dining room with fireplace, TV, access to a private terrace and kitchen corner (140lt fridge, small microwave oven), double bedroom, small bedroom with bunk beds, access to the terrace from two different rooms and a very small toilette room with sink, bathroom with shower.
The charming, private terrace (35m²) is equipped and hosts magnificent views of the town of Radda in Chianti.
At guests' disposal *shared amenities:
- large lawn with olive tree grove and 10 hectares of land
- swimming pool (5m x 10m, depth 1.20m - 1.40m) and shower (cold water).
